I have no idea what he is holding. But how I imagined it was that Mephilies wanted to give his heart to Silver and because he looks cystal like, I imagined him ripping his heart out, carving it into a ball, and handing it to his love. Idk, I'm weird like that. At least he did it in a loving way~ haha
